Include Reasoners in default Maven profile and full launcher

Stanbol Reasoners is now complete and stable enough to be included in the
default build and the full and full-war launchers.
The reasoning service plugins for Jena-supported profiles can also be included,
while the LGPL-licensed HermiT should not be built by default.
