Bundle Provider (Sling Insaller pluging) fails to uninstall resources

STANBOL-464 changed uninstalling of resources to be applied when a bundle in
UNINSTALLED and not of STOPPED. However in the uninstall state the
BundleProvider can no longer access Resources within the Bundle, because the
ZIP file of the bundle is laready closed.
Because of this the current implementation used for uninstalling resources -
searches resorces within the Bundles "Install-Path" throws an Exception.
Suggested Solution:
The BundleProvider needs to keep track of installed resources so that it needs
not to access the Bundle during uninstall. Such information shall be kept in
the persistent storage of the BundlePorivder Bundle.
