I am currently working on a demo for the e-health domain. And there are a lot
of cases with acronyms that are upper case version of commonly used words - e.g
the gene CAN (http://www4.wiwiss.fu-berlin.de/diseasome/resource/genes/CAN)
To handle cases like that the KeywordLinkingEngine should have an option to
perform the matching case sensitive.
