Cannot build ontologymanager separately due to relocation of store

the ontologymanager POM still references the store component, which has since
been moved to contrib.
This breaks the standalone build of the ontologymanager component and by
extension the kres profile.
It should now be safe to exclude store from the ontologymanager reactor and
replace the single components in the main reactor POM with only the
ontologymanager module.
