This improvement regard the overall status of the code in Rule:
There are a lot of unused classed and methods, and also used methods that do
not return anything.
This may have positive side-effects to other issues related to the Rule
component.
Furthermore, the transformation of rules from Stanbol syntax to other syntax
should be moved to dedicated adapters, e.g., the adapter for Jena rules, the
adapter for SWRL, etc.
