Here the intension is to create a set of abstract test classes that can be used
by implementations of the Interfaces defined in the Stanbol Enhancer Services
API to check compliance.
This will also need to do some refactoring of the current
"org.apache.stanbol.enhancer.servicesapi" module to avoid cyclic test
dependencies (see sub-task for details)
