Add support for EnhancementChains to the Enhancer Benchmarking tool

The Enhancer Benchmarking tool should support EnhancementChains to allow
benchmarking specific Chains instead of automatically using the default chain.
(1) Configuration as part of the Bechmark by
= Chain =
{chain-name}
{alternate-chain-name}
the first referenced chain available on the StanbolEnhancer instance is used to
execute the benchmark. In case non of the listed chain is available the default
chain should be used
(2) Configuration as request parameter
This will use the "chain" parameter to specify the name of the EnhancementChain
