Resolution: Fixed
implemented with revision #1330107.
NOTE: because one need to know the ids of the indexed entities in the post
processing, there is now a new file
indexed-entities-ids.zip
in the destination folder. This file contains the ids of all indexed entities
within a ZipEntry of the name "entity-ids.txt". One id per line.
