Spanish POS models for openNLP are now available via
https://github.com/utcompling/OpenNLP-Models
To have them nicely integrated in Stanbol a
* data/opennlp/lang/es module should be added
* the PosTagsCollectionEnum (commone/opennlp module) should be extended with
the POS tag configuration used by this model
The data/opennlp/lang/es module will also be added to the openNLP bundlelist
