I think Fabian reorganized the Stanbol homepage (STANBOL-692). The new URL is
http://incubator.apache.org/stanbol/docs/trunk/components/enhancer/enhancementstructure.html
I think adopting/aligning to the W3C annotation ontology is a very good Idea.
