The OWL API-based implementation of Ontology Manager is not only inefficient
because it is totally in-memory, but also it does not implement the newest
Ontology Manager features.
Remove it altogether, as it is not even worth keeping it for improvement, not
in that bundle at least.
A full-fledged OWL API-based implementation might surface as a new bundle in
the future.
