Currently the OpenNLP service provides setter for Model and {service} only for
Tokenizers
getTokenizer(..)
getTokenizerModel
for all other {services} only the get{service}Model(..) is available.
To make the API more consistent getter methods for {services} should also be
added for POS, Chunker, Sentence and NameFinder.
