Hi David, I can send you an earlier version of the rmi.owl ontology
which is imported by the rule manager.
Perhaps you could temporarily solve this by running a local HTTP server
that serves this ontology and adding an entry to the hosts file?
I will send you a separate email as I don't think you can post
attachments here.
We are working on a workaround that uses a local rule metamodel as a
fallback when online retrieval fails.
