a short update: in the meantime I have completed all the work on the
stable launcher. As soon as the defaultdata bundle version 0.0.3 is
published on a Maven Server I will commit my changes.
After that the stable launcher does no longer require dbpedia.org to
be used, but will instead be using a small local cache.
