From where I'm sitting, it is enough to simply remove it from the
integration tests and launchers (just full, I think) that are built in
the default profile.
Other than that, the ontologymanager/store (also not in the default
profile) is now depending on reasoners/owllink.
Anyway the owllink api was dual-licensed AFAIK, we are just waiting for
a new release with the new licensing.
