To me it seams that the mentioned attached "dbpedia_error.htm" is
missing however I can imagine how it would look alike.

I completely agree that errors while the processing of a single Engine
should not necessarily stop the whole enhancement process as it is the
case right now. However if we allow the enhancement process to
continue even after errors like that we would need to extend the
enhancement structure to also allow the addition of enhancement
metadata (e.g. a list of enhancement engine that processed the
content, the resulting state of the processing, encountered warnings
and errors).

In fact there is already a JIRA issue - STANBOL-8 [1] - describing
exactly this but up to now nobody has worked on it.
