KReS and slf4j

I have seen a few earlier threads about slf4j, but I'm still getting
problems with building KReS with a fresh checkout
 
eg
stanbol/reasoners/manager/src/main/java/org/apache/stanbol/reasoners/manager
/ReasoningServicesManagerImpl.java:[10,16] package org.slf4j does not exist
 
These seem to be resolvable by adding the slf4j-api dependency to individual
poms.
 
I'm running 
 
mvn install -P kres
 
And I am on rev 1178739
 
Are there still some issues here?
