Strange, but it seems to be the normal behavior of the Apache CMS. For example,
http://stanbol.staging.apache.org/stanbol/docs/trunk/entityhub.html is also deleted from SVN. Maybe the sync (buildbot) to staging does not reflect removed files. - Fabian Am 1.
