No OpenNLP models for french yet. You might want to follow
https://github.com/utcompling/OpenNLP-Models
as new models will be collected on that site.
To install OpenNLP models you need only to copy the models (*.bin files) to the
./stanbol/datafiles
folder. They will be picked up automatically from there.
