I downloaded the launcher as used for this build from [1] and started
it locally.
The reason seams to be that the Manifest Headers
Data-Files: org/apache/stanbol/data/site/dbpedia/default/index
Install-Path: org/apache/stanbol/data/site/dbpedia/default/config
are missing for the org.apache.stanbol.data.sites.dbpedia bundle
(Version: 1.0.4.incubating-SNAPSHOT).
Without them the dbpedia default data are not initialized and
therefore most of the unit test do fail.
Checking recent changes in the SVN I noticed that in rev1344625 fabian
added the "maven-bundle-plugin" and the "maven-antrun-plugin" a 2nd
time to the POM file.
I assume that this was not intended.
Fabian can you please check that. Most likely removing the lines 72-91
will solve the issue.
