Hi, we did not create any binary artifacts for the data files in the 0.9.0-incubating release because of the license issues. So, I excluded all data artifacts when creating the binary artifacts for the Maven repo. The data artifacts are only available via the source release - not in binary form.
You are right Reto, the bundlelists could have been created and uploaded to Maven central since they do not contain anything that has license issues. But I am wondering if this is useful, because you would have to create the referenced data bundles anyway from the source.
