+1 for Soroka's  suggestion.

We should put use cases that cover different components of Stanbol. That
will be very useful. We can have a placeholder for use cases as well, where
the community can also contribute with their documentation on a real-life
use case.

I specifically like Apache Felix's way of documenting the tutorials-
