In its continuing effort to clean up some of the older specifications, the XMPP Council is considering a change to XEP-0048 (Bookmarks) whereby the XEP would change from Historic + Active to Standards Track + Draft. In accordance with Section 8.2 of XEP-0001, this change requires a Last Call. Therefore, as XMPP Extensions Editor, I hereby issue a Last Call regarding this change, to end on 2007-10-17.
