According to section 6.3.4.1 of Pubsub, "When requesting subscription
options...SHOULD specify a node (if no node is specified, the service
MUST assume that the requesting entity wishes to request subscription
options for its subscription to the root collection node; refer to
XEP-0248 for details)." However, under section 6.3.5 (Form Submission),
there is no indication about how this lack of a node should be specified
(by the absence of a "node" attribute or by one set to an empty
string). XEP-0248 doesn't seem to answer this either...
