Sounds like signing your card. You might fall back on existing webs of
trust or PKI infrastructures here, but that is not necessary: with the
signature you can proof the current JID is owned by the same person as
the previous one. The UI can then ask, when adding new JID y (or
whatever): "sign this with JID x?"
