Anything I can do here Peter? If you can provide me any notes to issues you know of (offline) I should be able to look into the XSD issues for you. I was also looking to make adjustments to the specifications to allow for cases where PEP is not currently supported. Or at least change the wording of the specification in order to make it clear that PEP is not required (as long as you don't need notifications of changes). As for implementations, we are looking to use vcards in a project we are working on which has inspired my initial request. Either way, thank you both for the response.
