Possibly, we need to say why we need a replacement for the 135 instead
of raise it up?

Isn't it more correct to spell "too large" here?

Example 8 is not a well formed XML.

Nothing said about possible error conditions and about paths to the
files. For example, must I use "/" as directories separator? Can I use
"/" in file names?
