Jonas agrees; Kev thinks everyone being on-list should be avoided, as should adding things to the agenda during the meeting - Jonas has some opinions on this, but will save them for AOB. Jonas says it should have been on the Humorous Track and never reached Council. Dave doesn't know whether it is a joke. Link notes that people have suggested that it's no more humorous than DNS-over-HTTP and could even be more useful. The author would prefer it not to be on the Humorous Track, but still released on April 1st - it's no less serious than DoH which is a real RFC [RFC 8484 - http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8484]. Kev is very much opposed to publishing on April 1st if it's not meant to be humorous. Dave will follow-up with Андрей to check that he's willing to gather and process feedback. Kev thinks Council is obliged to first contact the original authors to see if they have have abandoned it - Dave will do so. 4) AOB Jonas had some (see item 2) but that will have to wait until next week or be discussed on the Council list. 5) Next Meeting 2019-03-20 1600 UTC Note: DST is once again upon us; the majority of North America has advanced one hour, effectively moving the meeting time to one hour earlier for them.
