I think there's an extra `sid` attribute in example 9 of XEP-0260
"Responder activates the bytestream at proxy",

I think it can simply be removed.
In the description of the element by XEP-0065,
https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0065.html#desc-activate, it states that
there are no defined attributes.
