Updated change-list after PR update:

   - RFC 5245 is replaced with RFC 8445
   - Introduced ice2 transport attribute for backward compatibility
   - Clarified ICE restart procedure
   - remote-candidate is now MUST to mimic ICE SDP RFC
   - Now remote-candidate is sent on media stream established for all
   components at once
   - Wrong reference to RFC 6455 was replaced with correct one: RFC 6544
