Daniel is strongly leaning towards -1; as is Travis, and thinks that seems to be the List consensus. Daniel thinks this is too big a change for a Stable XEP; also, that it belongs in XEP-0004 (Data Forms) since many XEPs could benefit from partial configuration submission - Georg notes that XEP-0004 is Final - Daniel thinks it might be possible with some kind of external flag; regardless, XEP-0004 being Final doesn't negate this change not belonging in XEP-0060. Larma is also unhappy with this, and would rather delay voting until after the List discussion ends. Travis thinks it would be fine, or even just editorial, with the partial submission part removed - Daniel thinks Editor could be instructed to apply just the editorial parts. Daniel recommends delaying voting until after the holiday, though with a few already indicating -1, he suspects he knows how it will go. This has been unspecified in the past, but the expected meaning is 'I'm only trying to change what I submit'" - doesn't think it needs to be normative. Peter thinks this makes sense.
