I have inherited a Starmax 3000/240 running Mac Os 8.6 /32MB Ram/ ram
doubler.
I believe it has a ZYNX ethernet card, for which I have gotten the drivers
from that company's web site.
Problem: Appletalk doesn't seem to recognize the ethernet port.
I've tried using the extensiond "Apple E-net "and an older version of the
Mac ethernet extension, as well as tried not using any Apple ethernet
extension at all. No luck. Can't seem to get the ethernet port active.
I do not have the original sofware or OS disks.
Any suggestions on how to get this ethernet card going on the Starmax?
