I looked into internal modems several times for my Max, never with
any luck. As near as I can tell the problem is that no pci modem was
ever made for the Mac OS, as most Macs had separate modem slots.
Someone once reported hacking the driver for a PC PCI modem, with
very unfavorable results. Methinks your going to have to go
external....
