I have the same problem with the CD as I have the Hitachi which is only
supported on the original starmax CD. I have a ZIP drive and an
emergency system 8.6 disk. I believe that the TOOLS program for the ZIPs
has a utility for creating a startup drive. That's what I used. I put
some other programs like DISK FIRST AID etc. on it. I have found it
useful on several occasions.
