No, that is not a good price, unless the system was otherwise REALLY loaded
with goodies, and even then I still couldn't recommend it compared to other
newer systems you could buy for the same $400 total. The problem with the
price is time, maybe 6 months ago that was an OK price, likely way less
than the person paid a year or so ago for the computer, but now prices have
continued to drop. Before you invest a good chunck of money in an old car
or old computer, you better give serious thought to what your goals are.
