Michael, I am running OS9.1 and ATM 4.6.2 with no problems - I have preceded ATM with two ~~ (tilde) in order to make it load last.
If you want to update, try: http:www.versiontracker.com for a copy of the freeware ATM4.6.2 lite. I take it that you have ATM in the Control Panels Folder, NOT Extensions Folder as you suggested?
