Well, it may or may not be installed, I'm not sure if it is by default or not. Just go to Apple-Control Panels-Web Sharing and turn it on. Then other people can type in the address it shows and get to your shared folder. If it's not installed, stick in your System Disk, start up the Installer, and choose Add/Remove. Then find and select Web Sharing, and install. Then it should be listed in CPLs.
