This may not be any help, but: It would be interesting to know if others are running sys 9.1 with a 603e processor, without Open Transport problems. If so, & if you didn't do a clean install, then suspect some other startup item conflict with the Shared Library Manager PPC. Otherwise, double check that the version is correct in the Extension Manager. I've got a 3000/200 with a G3 JoeCard on 9.1, & never, have had similar probs.
