The problem is I upgraded from a really crappy 14" monitor to a new 19", and the little toolbar seems to of moved from the bottom to the middle of the screen. This happened automatically when I hooked up the new monitor and it automatically changed my screen resolution. I tried changing the resolutions and now the toolbar is all the way at the top! I've tried everything to move it and the control panel for toolbar doesn't contain any options except turning it on or off, so does anyone have the secret to moving it back down to the bottom? I'm on OS 9.04.
