can you give me advice on memory. i ordered memory and installed it. it pretty much knocked out my os software. had to go back to my old memory. the company sent more memory, same kind, this time it has really created problems, mainly my computer can't recognize any memory now. i just have a blank screen. have i killed my computer. i've done memory several times but haven't had problems.
