I am running quicken deluxe 2001 on OS 9.1, and I am having problems with freezing when I use the on-line banking function. There is supposed to be a fix from quicken, which I have downloaded. However, I cannot get this fix to load. The installer tells me that it cannot find a particular file, needed to complete the installation, even though I can find that file on my HD already. This is very frustrating. Does anyone have suggestions ?
