The sad part for me in the communication of thoughts and feelings is that we don't get
heard but for
our evaluations. The evaluation tends to obscures the intent behind it because we
state our
evaluations as facts rather than opinions they they really are.

The evaluations from the list Mom may have sounded like "criticism", or "pettiness" as
interpreted by
Peartree and the reaction from Peartree sounded like "criticism" of the list Mom to a
few others who
expressed their reactions as evaluations having a cascading effect in back and forth
evaluations of
each other. I don't think anyone was heard by anyone really. the evaluation is only a
hidden want. If we
could express ourselves in terms of what we are wanting rather than evaluating what's
wrong with
each other for not doing it, I think we are more likely to be heard without ruffling
so many feathers. that's
what I would like.

Though i do like a good fight, the list fights tend not to be very good to me. A good
fight, for me, is when
everyone makes a point that educates the other to a new perspective. some wouldn't
call that a fight
though, without some mud slinging.
