This thread has been of great interest to me- the same day I read the 1st
post on it I had a discussion w/ a coworker and said "I wish I could convert
some of my cassette tunes to home-burned cds, mp3s and put them on my iPod".
He suggested that I see if there was an input port on my sound card and
connect the headphone jack of my stero to that (he's not a Mac user).

Can you give any more info on this? Approx price?

How about an example?- 98% of software in stores is for PCs- I usually have
to mail-order mac software.
