If I use the automatic upgrade facility in ver 3.0, the response I get is
that there is no upgrade available
The auto update tells you that there is no update available because there is
no "patch" which will update your version 3.0 to version 3.04. The only way
to run 3.04 currently is to install it as a separate program (not a problem
because you have already downloaded and installed this version). You will
need a permanent registration number for the downloaded version (the number
is different than the registration number for the the boxed version). To get
a permanent number, contact us directly at [EMAIL PROTECTED] We can
verify your order of the boxed version and give you a permanent number for
version 3.04.
We will soon have version 3.1 of Backyard available and will be making a
"patch" for this version which will allow you to update from any earlier
version of Backyard via a simple Internet download.
