We're looking into it.

Some educational settings want to use the same data folders located on
servers for both Starry Night Backyard users and Starry Night Pro users. To
accommodate this we moved the prefs from Starry Night Pro Data:Prefs to
Starry Night Pro Data:Prefs:Pro (Backyard now keeps it prefs in
Prefs:Backyard). Pro 3.1 always looks in the Prefs:Pro folder now for its
preferences (unless you are on a Mac where by default they are stored in the
SPACE.com folder in your System Folder's Preferences folder--you can
override this by creating a Prefs folder in your Starry Night Pro Data
folder though).
