The update will also include a kickstart for a fully-caching stateless
client (ie, a stateless client running from local storage).  I'm doing
a clean install starting with the server now to verify everything is
OK.

Is 000-delay.cron a file on your system?  I've certainly never seen it
before.  If so, can you do an RPM query to find out what package 
installed it.
