Hi All, I'm new to the list and I'm a big user of Identica. I love it so much I'd love to use it on my Blackberry as I do Twitter. My problem is most of the apps I find are Java-based and they don't work so well.
I've been toying with the idea of creating my own Blackberry app, but I'm just a PHP web developer - so I don't know what it fully takes to create a desktop or mobile app. I've seen Blackberry's SDK page, but that's about it. Does anyone know of an existing project involving StatusNet and Blackberry devices? Also; if I understood the wiki page correct ( http://status.net/wiki/API) that a native API is in the works, but it's not finalized or released yet?
