It /sounds/ like you're suggesting that Angelo change the base CSS file,
which of course would be the Wrong Thing To Do.
If you want to
add width and height attributes to the logo image, you have to do that
from HTML. We should certainly output the width and height attributes in
HTML, but, it was intentionally left out for the time being.
