Whilst investigating the Direct Message functionality, I noticed that when
using the shortcut comand:
d <nickname><text>
the direct messages are delivered, but no notification is generated (no e-mail,
sms etc). I have tried posting via XMPP, email and from the GUI. The only point
where the notification seems to be generated is when it is done from the in or
outbox in the gui.
I couldn't find this as a bug item in trac, has it been raised already?
I tried looking at the code to see where these commands are handled, but
couldn't locate it. Does anyone know where this is done? I think it would be
fairly simple to add in the 'notify' function as we have in newmessage.php.
