I use the following setting on Twitterfeed ...
Authenticate new Laconi.ca Account
Laconi.ca server: MySite.com
API path: /actions/api.php
The API path should in most cases be "api" which will point to
http://mysite.com/api as the API base URL.
If you installed the whole thing in a subdirectory, or you don't have
fancy URLs enabled, then you might need to add the subdir and/or
index.php as well.
Note though that TwitterFeed has had intermittent problems with their
laconica/statusnet support, so once you've got the initial connection
confirmed don't be shy about checking with them if your posts aren't
going through. (Probably all worked out by now though.)
